SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Design Development PLLC, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Program Description
Design Development PLLC uses SMS text messaging to communicate with our existing customers and clients. Messages may include transactional updates, project scheduling reminders, client support, account alerts, and business updates related to your ongoing services or relationship with us. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages to numbers that have not explicitly opted in.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, but you can generally expect to receive 2 to 4 messages per month.
3. Cost and Carriers
Design Development PLLC does not charge for our text messaging service; however, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Check your mobile plan for details. Supported carriers include all major US mobile networks. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How to Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving text messages from us, simply text STOP in reply to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you choose to opt back in.
5. How to Get Help

6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. All mobile data and information collected through our SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile information or SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
